He spent his childhood playing PC games since his parents considered consoles to be a waste of time, but he showed them by becoming deeply addicted to video games as an adult. While he whiled away his younger days playing AAA blockbusters, he came to realise that the true heart of gaming beat within the indie scene. This made the idea of hosting an indie game podcast with his good pal Levins an absolute no brainer. He now splits his time between his Switch, his laptop and his Xbox, trying to cram in as much time on small games as he can. Outside of gaming, JV enjoys gardening, low and slow BBQing, being very online and baking. He doesn’t enjoy writing bios, but now he’s hit the word count and can stop.
